In the 1940s, my father started this business producing handmade bangles on a small bench in his home. Seventy five years later, that tradition is still going strong. The same items are being produced but with contemporary techniques and standards while still preserving the historic and traditional values long associated with the items.
All of our products are crafted by hand. The small workshop that produces these great pieces is staffed by dedicated jewelers with many years of experience in the trade.
My siblings and I now run that business. My brothers in Trinidad manage the workshop and produce new designs while I work in South Carolina with my husband making bangles at home.
Bangle making is an important part of my family identity and it keeps us connected as we follow different paths in life.
Each design has its own unique story, like we all do, that we hope you will appreciate and share.
